At DevCap, she leads fund strategy, portfolio development, and investor relations, leveraging her expertise in actuarial science, transaction advisory, and strategic growth to deliver impactful investments and transformative business strategies.

Stephanie was part of the pioneering team that built the Transaction Advisory Services team at Ernst & Young (EY) Ghana, contributing to high-value transactions exceeding $200 million. She then honed her actuarial expertise at Empire Life Insurance in Canada, and later played a key role in shaping the financial strategy and market entry for Genesis Energy, a pan-African energy development company.

Stephanie holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, a Master of Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo, and a first-class honours BA from the University of Ghana. She is an investor in businesses across Ghana and Nigeria, focusing on healthcare, agribusiness, consumer goods, and affordable housing. Additionally, she is the founder of an investment club and an advisory firm that supports African businesses with strategy and capital raising, driving sustainable development across the continent.
