She has acquired a diverse set of skills through her work in transaction advisory, actuarial science, and strategy. Stephanie played a vital role in developing the commercial operations of Genesis Energy Holdings, a pan-African energy development company. Before that, she served as a transaction advisor at Ernst & Young (“EY”). At EY, she led significant valuations, advised on optimal financing structures, and contributed to transactions exceeding $200 million. Drawing on her experience as an Actuarial Analyst at Empire Life Insurance, Stephanie combines analytical precision with entrepreneurial flair. She founded an investment club, initiated a healthcare center, and established an investment and strategy advisory company.
