Olaniyi Oladejo has over 23 years of experience in operations and strategy.
He began as a pharmacist in the healtheare sector before transitioning to consulting. He has served blue-chip companies in Nigeria and led one of the country’s largest and fastest-growing food chains.

Previously an Operations Partner at Sahel Capital, he now runs his own consulting firm. Olaniyi holds a First-Class Honours degree in Pharmacy from the University of Ibadan.
