Her 13-year consultancy background includes roles at Accenture, PwC, and BUPA, focusing on strategy, IT, and performance management.

She holds a BSc in Economics, an MSc in IT, an Executive MBA, and a Doctorate in Organizational Change, with additional Executive Education from London Business School and Harvard.
