Christoph has over 35 years of work experience in the energy and finance sector. Following 21 years with General Electric in multiple senior positions, including Head of Strategy / M&A for GE Capital Europe, Head of Strategy / M&A for GE’s Industrial businesses in Europe, Head of Structuring for GE’s global Gas to Power business as well as its African Project Finance activities, he joined APR Energy, the leading turbine rental company, as VP of Strategic Development. His consulting clients include Globeleq / Phinda in South Africa and the IFC, a member of the World Bank Group. He has been a non-executive director on many boards, including Chairman of publicly quoted German battery manufacturer AKASOL AG.
