Temilade supports the integration of ESG and impact considerations throughout DevCap's investment process. Her experience includes ESG responsibility at Alitheia Capital and consulting work with UNESCO on empowerment programmes.
She holds a Master of Public Affairs focused on global energy and sustainability from Sciences Po Paris and a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Social Work from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
