Afua is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Koranteng & Koranteng Legal Advisors. Her work spans corporate law, telecoms infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, governance and company-secretarial services.
She holds an LLB from the University of Kent and an LLM from the University of Warwick and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the Bar of England and Wales.
