Aimée Dushime is an investment professional with over seven years of experience advising clients and supporting transactions across the full deal cycle — from sourcing and structuring to valuation, due diligence, and post-deal value creation.  She has worked across key African and global markets including Nairobi, Kigali, Lagos, Mumbai, and London, with sector expertise spanning consumer goods, energy, financial services, healthcare, and public infrastructure.

Aimée holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Oxford, is ACCA-qualified, and is currently a CFA Level II candidate.

In addition to her professional work, she contributes to financial inclusion as a volunteer with the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community, mentoring students and leading financial literacy programs.
